Cancellation
We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our after-sales team at info@tendrahair.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following conditions for exchanges:
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
- The value of the new item must be equal to or greater than the total value of the item(s) being exchanged.
A $2 delivery charge will apply to cover the shipping cost of your new order.
